Amazing
Purchased my bike there only due to being the cheapest on online. Service is poor on an average day and I will be taking my money to another bike shop.
Liked the knowledge of staff and bought a boulder bike from them a year or so back continue servicing there on bike...
Very unhelpful service. For a simple flat tyre, having bought a new inner tube from them, the sales staff wouldn't lend me a spanner to get my wheel nut off so I could replace the tyre myself and avoid walking home. They wanted to charge me $25 to change it for me which feels a lot for a job that is very quick and I can easily do myself. It is not for me to judge their sales tactics but it felt miserly and overly opportunist.
Went to many bicycle shops and finally bought a Giant road bicycle from here. Staff are really friendly and they know a lot about bicycles. Most importantly, they don't hard sell bicycles to you and talk you through whilst helping you select a bicycle that best suits your needs and budget. After going to about 6 shops, these guys had the best price for the specs I got as opposed to many shops I went to.
