Another great experience from a helpful staff! They took care of me fixing an uneven spoke right before a half Ironman. Then I was having trouble getting a cassette loose and they were happy to help and wouldn’t let me give them money for it. Can’t wait to go back for my next bike needs!
Why closed on thursdays. ?? People have biking to get ready for on weekends.
I'm from Mississippi and visiting my daughter in Bolingbrook and found this shop. Owner was really cool picked up a nice little Cateye cycling computer from there. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely visit again.
I called Bicycles Etc bike shop to ask a question about how much would it cost to fix a flat tire, and when I called back the second time the man who answered the phone asked like I was bothering him. I asked him if I brought my bike in that moment to they're shop would he be able to fix it, and now mind you that there wasn't any customer in the shop at the time, because I asked was anyone in the shop.
