I'm from Mississippi and visiting my daughter in Bolingbrook and found this shop. Owner was really cool picked up a nice little Cateye cycling computer from there. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely visit again.
I called Bicycles Etc bike shop to ask a question about how much would it cost to fix a flat tire, and when I called back the second time the man who answered the phone asked like I was bothering him. I asked him if I brought my bike in that moment to they're shop would he be able to fix it, and now mind you that there wasn't any customer in the shop at the time, because I asked was anyone in the shop. And he said no, he couldn't get to it. And said the earliest he could fix it would be tomorrow morning. That was poor hell o... read more
I brought my daughter's bike in today for a tire issue, and they immediately took a look, and fixed it. Did a great job, no hassle. I highly recommend Bicycles Etc.
