Went to Bicycles Etc. for the first time today. Both of our bikes (son & I) needed to have the bottom bracket replaced. Russ who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. All I can say is the bikes feel like new again… we will have smooth riding from now on Definitely recommend this place!
