Bicycles and Ideas for Kids' Empowerment is an inner city cycling team geared toward supporting youth on their path toward college or the world champs, one pedal stroke at a time.
Over 100 state champs and national medalist trained through the b.i.k.e. program. LEGENDARY cycling coach John Benenate applies his 26+ years of training and development to all of Portland and beyond. Benevolence, good form, simplicity, and team.
