My boyfriend went in there and they was so rude to him wouldn’t help him and yes he is a BLACK man, we have never experienced anything like that up until now, smh we will NOT be returning.

No one likes to be ignored in a store bro. Especially when it's not that busy. Walking in, I had to speak to the staff for acknowledgment. I live downtown and walk my dog past the shop everyday. To see a fun-loving energetic staff not bring me any of that fun energy, makes you wonder just a little. "Who do I have to be to get a little customer service?" They are awesome in there and very helpful! My new fav store!! Way more than just bicycles lol. We got a pair of Sanuk cheaper than anywhere else and we will be back!! I dont know how to give stars but I would give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. ♡
