Took my daughters bike into repair the rear tire. Was breed with friendly and professional service. The bike was repaired in the time mentioned and for a fantastic price. Great bike shop if you’re in the Bergen county market for sure. Will definitely buy my kids bikes as they grow at the shop.
I have experiences at both Bicycle Workshops in Tenafly and rate them both 5 stars. My most recent experience was at their family shop. Beth and the team are very knowledgeable on all of their offerings. I recently ordered a Trek bike from the manufacturer and they shipped it directly to Bicycle Workshop at no shipping cost. BW tracked and assembled the bike before I had alerted them that I had ordered the bike. They took care of everything and made the process easy and seamless.
