Great shop! We broke a 12spd Shimano chain about 20 minutes to close. They stayed a little late and got us taken care of... No pouting or snide remarks... And if there had been, I would have understood why. Good folks

Walking into this bike shop looking to purchase a mirror, the store is void of any customers. Pick out a mirror and put it on the counter to pay and the shop owner tells me he is to busy to sell it to me,needless to say he has lost a customer for good.

We have been customers for years and will continue to do so. First, the Specialized brand is a great and resilient bicycle. Second, when we do come in for service, Jim is great at analyzing the problem, letting us know our options, and giving us a reasonable date when it is ready. Finally, the repairs and the costs for the services are very reasonable…you have a good bicycle, use the proper parts. Will always sing the praises of Bicycle Works!
