Poor attitude of salesman We had a bad experience. We were totally unimpressed with the indifference (allmost rudeness) of the sales man. In spite of this we sought out two Raleigh bikes we had previously decided we wanted to purchase. My wife had decided she wanted the bike but was holding off telling the sales person until I had confirmed that I wanted the matched companion model. New Ownership, New Experience Been years since we have been going there. The owner before Fred was okay but now the store has made a complete turn in the correct direction.
"It takes a village": Not this one. Went to the village with my wife around 1pm. The salesman "Dave" stopped speaking with his co-workers after we had been waiting for a couple of minutes. I introduced myself and he gave his name. It seems he did not want to shake hands and I was clean. I asked about some parts for my bike since the village is listed as a dealer of those parts and advertises such at the shop. He showed little interest in finding out if the parts were available.
