RecommendedThese guys are the best. When everyone else wouldn’t take appointments during COVID-19, they said “come on in” and to boot, the tech explained something to me that a former shop hadn’t. I went to that former shop 2-3x to try and resolve this problem, but low and behold I was simply shifting gears wrong! You have converted a lifetime customer of another shop for that.
If only all stores would have the level of customer service that Bicycle Tech does. Needless to say all bike shops have been immensely busy since the pandemic broke out. Nevertheless, Rich always took the time to answer my multiple phone calls over the past two months and was always patient and diligent to make sure I and all of his customers were satisfied. This shop and it's employees are great. They are super knowledgeable and helpful and I trust and listen to what they have to say about cycling. Recently bought a bike there and it has been great! To anyone interested in biking now during Covid-19, be warned that stock of almost every bicycle is practically non-existent, but that's not Bicycle Tech's fault. Too Long, Didn't Read: these guys are awesome and I can see myself coming back for upgrades and tuneups for the foreseeable future.

Bicycle Tech employees are awesome, committed to the sport and the customer. They realize that good customer service leads to customer loyalty. I'd tell you to go and ask for one particular employee, but I had the same experience with Mike, Rich and Steve. I suspect that when (not if) I go back, I'll have the same experience with anyone who works there.
