When I tell you these guys are awesome they are awesome the lil young kid went above and beyond for me
So I left a bad review because of a little disagreement I had with the young fellow at the register the bottom line in Lake Charles. If you want your bicycle fixed and fixed right this is the place to go to do not go across the street. They ransacked my bike so I need to apologize and find peace with this place because you can’t trust anyone else in this town to fix a bike, right
Called inquiring if they still had a bicycle in house and still on sale that I saw on their web-page. Guy who answered the phone walked to the floor and gave me the information I asked and even threw in some knowledge I didn’t ask about. After him telling me the bike I asked about was in stock, I told him I was on my way and he held it for me until I arrived. After allowing me a test ride in the parking lot, I told him I wanted the bike. He immediately took it to the back and told me they would give it a twice over to make s... read more
