Super Large Inventory and Extremely Nice Employees. A++ Recommended
This is hands down THE BEST bicycle shop in Lake Charles, it’s no surprise to me that it is now the only bicycle shop in the area. This store is home to the best Bicycle mechanic in the state with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my bike. This store has great customer service and a vast selection. If you’re looking for a bike, no matter the application, this is the shop for you.
I brought my bike in for a simple derail adjustment. Technician called me trying to add all kind of extra fees, and I told them to just fix the problem it was having, which was the rear derailment. Once I picked up the bike the front brake was rubbing and squeaking loudly and the front gear wasn’t shifting properly. I am on a walker with brakes. I broke the brake cable and asked if they could put a New brake cable… Not only did they put a new brake cable on, but it was done at an extremely reasonable price… I could not ask for anybody to have any kinder to me than they were… Great staff and very nice people to work with… I’m so happy that I found Capital Cycle.
