They did an excellent job of installing an electric assist on my Catrike Trail.
Spent about an hour at the shop trying out different recumbent trikes. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought my first trike and am extremely happy with it. Bike riding is much more enjoyable now. Highly recommend them.

Every time I go there I get welcomed like hey we mixed you. Went in there bought seat mesh for my trike and hey it's home.
I always have a good experience when Diana is there. She knows I'm new to the sport and always takes the time explain all my options. I still have a lot to learn so I really appreciate that she takes the time to share her knowledge.
Won't be returning here for any reason. Not sure of her name but the woman working there was extremely rude today. We purchased Trek bikes elsewhere but purchased a computer here because we got a gift card. We were told that if brought the bike back they would install the computer for us for free. But upon returning the woman was very rude and treated us very poorly as soon as she knew we didn't buy the bike there (never mind that we bought a $100 computer from them). We won't be buying anything else from them again.
Have purchased several bikes at the Bicycle Stop over the years, most recently, last month, 2 Trikes for me and my wife and a road bike for my son. Eric, Diana and John are great to work with, incredibly informative and helpful, and we recommend them highly.
