Came in with after my derailleur+hanger snapped. Mike was patient and helped me understand what the issue was. Although we weren't able to resolve the issue, he was very helpful and professional.

Mike is an OG New Yorker, great price, great service. In Williamsburg they ask me $200 to fix the handles, because is a vintage bike, they said they had to look for some “balls” online to replace the bearings, since they’re vintage. He screw a bolt in front of me and said it’s fixed - and it is! I tipped him well, and I always bring him drinks now.
Mike is the man. He goes above and beyond for his customers and clearly has real love for what he does. His prices are super fair and I’ll definitely be back for all bike servicing in the future
