Good bikes and products - mostly had good experiences with staff. However, didn’t appreciate the man-splaning from the owner about my bike. He presumed I wanted a quick, cheaper, more temporary fix rather than ask me if I wanted a more expensive, but permanent fix (which I did and told them so at drop off) and didn’t believe my own history of my bike’s repairs (even when I showed him a photo).
Bicycle Sports is absolutely Fantastic. Checked bikes in Minot ND, Mpls and other shops in Rochester. Besides the brand of the bike which we could of purchased at any of the the locations Bob and Jason really do put the customer 1st. This country has been missing this type of service for years. Took whatever time you needed to answer any questions you had. Keep it up and will be tops everywhere once people realize what we use to experience a long time ago!!!!
One of the best shops I have seen. Had my Specialized Allez serviced there. And then decided to order an SL8 Frameset because of Bob and his team. I can highly recommend the shop.
I finally pulled the trigger on a new Diverge. Bob and crew were very friendly and helpful. Bob took the bike back on the rack and made sure it was ‘ride ready’. Afterwards, I took her out for a 21 mile maiden voyage. She performed flawlessly!! Best small town bike shop in Rochester. I just purchased a Specialized Turbo Vado SL from Bicycle Sports. I worked with both Jason and Bob and found them to be both professional and knowledgable about their bikes.
