The rear derailleur on my road bike wasn't working right and I was unable to fix it on my own. I brought it in to the store and even though the service area was officially booked out for a couple of weeks, the technician was able to take a look at it and got my problem resolved in just a few minutes as I waited.

Had a flat and didn’t know where else to go. They were really nice and kind - helped me with my tyres and gave me valuable tips. Didn’t charge anything too. Highly recommend!

This place offered us fantastic service and a great price on two Specialized bikes. We felt like we were working with a small town bike shop unlike the chain bike shop down the road.

Amazing experience! I came in completely clueless about the different types of bikes and what would actually suit me, and Sam was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and let me try two different bikes so I could really get a feel for them. I left feeling much more confident and excited, and I’ll definitely be coming back to buy one. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!
