My experience was nothing less than exceptional! I purchased a pair of 45NRTH cycling shoes and the site said that pick up in store only. I took a chance and called. Jason B answered and was incredibly accommodating! First, he told me that he would put "hands on" the shoes to ensure they were in the store. He said that I would have to pay for shipping since the shoes were so heavily discounted, $85.00 off! I felt that was an extremely fair request. Great shop. Responsive, helpful, reasonably priced. Buying a bike through them was great. Customer service is sublime. Recently went in for general maintenance and to get/install some new parts. My bike has reasonably wide tires and needed some particular parts. They researched what would fit, shipped it to the store, and the whole project came in under the anticipated budget. Would recommend without hesitation.
These guys are amazing! Super down to earth, real people, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful. Definitely recommend taking your business to them!
