5/5 I had a hard time loosening a bolt on my e -bike , so I brought it to Bicycle Sport, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, they took the time to assist me right away and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Their customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for friendly and knowledgeable help with their bike!

What an amazing shop! Luke was so incredibly helpful and friendly. We got a flat midway through our bike ride on the greenway and luckily this shop was right nearby! They changed our tire in record time, shared their expertise, and were so helpful. You can tell they’re truly passionate about bikes and know so much about them. The prices are pretty great as well.
I am not an avid cyclist, but I'm an older athlete, mid sixties, who enjoys recreational/exercise cycling. However, I don't really know much about the technical workings of the various new bicycles available. Ben, and the entire team, without exception, entertained each and every question I had, no matter how basic my inquiry.
