After a lot of research to replace a bike that was frustratingly short of my needs, I came to Bicycle Roots because they had the bike I had been eyeing and seemed like a been-in-this-neighborhood-a-minute shop. Bicycle Roots is a great local bike shop. I used to live a block away, but then moved to a different neighborhood. I still bring my bike in even though there are more convenient places closer to me. They're super friendly and the work is always quick and reasonably priced with great communication along the way.
Best bike shop I've ever been to. They might be the only honest bike shop in the city. I don't trust anyone else anymore.
