Joe and Nechama are wonderful. I come in a lot for small purchases and to discuss bike related things often. Yesterday I had my first flat tire in a year and Joe was excellent. He noticed that I had a few small safety issues happening and called me up to discuss. After he fixed them, he even showed me the removed pieces and how they were so striped/warn.
