I have 3 electric bikes that had been sitting idle for 5 years and the manufacturer, Leitner, gave me 3 contacts. Bicycle Riders were the ONLY one to respond and did an absolutely fantastic job in getting the 3 bikes back into roadworthy condition. The communication and speed of response was exceptional.
