I'm visiting Brisbane for a few days, my bike jumping gears, dropped into the shop, fixed while I had coffee across the road. They replaced large chain ring & adjusted rear derailleur. Great service & knowledge, reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend, lots of great bikes for sale too.
Fantastic service - always! Have bought our family bikes here for services and fixes over the years - always a quality result. When it was time to upgrade my daily ride I decided to go with Andy. He took time and care helping me decide, talking through options. When it arrived he carefully set it up for me, swapped key bits over from old bike and showed me how to use features. Couldn't be happier or recommend more highly!

I can’t speak highly enough of Chris and Andy at Bicycle riders. I bought my Tarmac SL7 from them a few years ago and have received excellent service from them ever since. Nothing is too much trouble. Any minor issues they fix immediately and they are great value for money on the bigger services. Awesome shop!
