Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided exceptional customer service and really took the time needed to custom fit my bike and accessories. They also gave me a very competitive price and never even once tried to "upsell".

Contacted these guys in regards to my old Mongoose ALX mountain bike and was welcomed into the family immediately- I left it with them and on picking up I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bike had had a complete going over - parts replaced where needed and everything looks 100%.
