I can’t speak highly enough of Chris and Andy at Bicycle riders. I bought my Tarmac SL7 from them a few years ago and have received excellent service from them ever since. Nothing is too much trouble. Any minor issues they fix immediately and they are great value for money on the bigger services. Awesome shop!
Bicycle Riders team patiently gave me great advice on getting into cycling and took good care fixing up my bike recently taking it from sad and broken to almost brand new.

My experience as a young female taking my bike to bicycle riders was incredibly disappointing. I’m giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back for a second time after my first service and experience with them was below average. The staff were incredibly disrespectful on both occasions. Today, one staff member laughed as the other one made nasty comments about me.
