They are apparently open for business only 8 hours per week as stated on Google (Mon & Tue 10-2); virtually useless. And I called at 2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and yep ... no answer.
In case any of you are cycling across country and planned on coming 30 miles out of your way to get some parts from this shop, don't. Chances are their online schedule is completely wrong. Only open two days out of the week for just a few hours.
Bought a trek form here years ago. They know their stuff.
