I've bought two bikes there, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, in all areas of bikes-fit, use, repair, and most importantly, getting the correct bike for YOU, not something they're having a blowout sale on and need to move. Both of my bikes were GREAT deals, Keith will make it happen for you. Highly recommended...
