didn't like it I bought a haro bmx bike and I didn't notice it until I got home and the back rim was bent we took it back and waited 4 days wondering why its taking so long we called and Brandon forgot to tell me I needed the papers for them to order a new one so it took 3 more days for them to be done. then I crashed my bike and bent the frame took it in with the papers saying the warranty does not cover it because I broke it we had to pay $180 to buy a new frame so they were going to switch out the frame. its been a week n... read more
I took my bike to get tuned up, and I was very impressed with their shop and service. My bike is in amazing shape now!
The lady mechanic there is nice and gets the job done. The guy with the glasses is knowledgeable. But give's off a douchy attitude and the other kid does whatever he says. Doesn't feel like there getting to know you. Just sell you something.

just awesome ! thanx to BRANDEN ... expert on all aspects of cycling he is very honest and helpful and he spent about 3 hours fitting my new bike to me and my needs . I highly recommend "bicycle johns " in lancaster . I cant wait to ride my new GIANT bicycle .
