I came in earlier this year for a bike fit since, being really tall (6’9”), even my 2XL frame gave me lots of issues. After a few changes and new parts the bike felt much better—I even managed a 200-miler. I’ve been to a few bike shops in Austin, but this one is easily my favorite. Better service and cheaper prices than elsewhere. Excellent bike fit, super knowledgeable, fast
In 70++ years of cycling I've dealt with a lot of shops. The entire staff at BH is the best group I've ever had the pleasure of shopping with. getting advice, service, parts, etc. This is THE place you should go to first for all bike related things from service to great bikes. The free, friendly, professional advice is reason enough to bypass all the other shops in town.
