This place is special. James obviously has a ton of experience. It was my first time to order a new, custom wheelset and I was a little intimidated by all the choices. They walked me through the process and made it really easy. My new wheels are great. I plan to give them all of my future business.
I love this shop. I'm not an avid cyclist. I don't wear the gear; I don't know the terms. These guys are always super helpful and give me exactly what I ask for -- no more, no less. They're encouraging and welcoming and I'm so glad they're in the hood!
If you want to get serious with cycling as a hobby.... the guys at Bicycle House are the guys to go to! I met with Tom and he helped me order a gravel bike that exceeded my expectations! Really knowledgeable and cool dude! He took my body measurements and worked with my budget, and I couldn't be happier! I'll def be going back for any fine tunings, upgrades or... maybe another bike....mmmm...
Bicycle House for the win again!!! These guys are super knowledgeable, extremely helpful and not trying to get you to spend a bunch of extra money on things you may not need. I brought in my road bike, which had been sitting in the garage for a few years and just got it back and it looks brand new… Even better- it rides brand new! Thanks a ton guys!
