Walked in for a helmet. It was dark and uninviting, couldn't tell if they were open. Guy at the shop was no help and barely even talked to me while he watched a YouTube video on his computer. Asked about their stock he said he was unsure and didn't offer to check.

I called on a sunday and listened to your message about whethere you were open ........ yes was the answer ..... 11 -5 ...... I drove to both your locations to find you closed ....... pretty basic to update your phone message
Came I got air in for my tires..the guy was extremely rude..over air I won't be going back..
There was a wreck on I-90 from Hiawatha so we were going to be late returning the bike. They said we could return the following morning with no penalty and to drive safe and not rush. Extremely kind and thoughtful. Bike rental came with fully stocked Fanny bag for a flat!! Highly recommended!!
