GREAT SHOP and friendly staff
I've had great experiences here. Libby helped me with a fit that involved a new saddle, stem, and set of handlebars. She was patient, informative, supportive, and so helpful. She and the rest of the staff here have been consistently wonderful to work with.
Me: Hey dude, would you mind unscrewing the pedals for my son's new bike that we just purchased at this store? Bicycle Habitat: Sure, that will cost $9. Also, how dare you treat our employees with such a complete lack of courtesy
Not your friendly neighborhood bike shop, as it turns out! We bought a brand new $400 bike for my 6 year-old from here a couple of weeks ago. I've been trying to get my little guy comfortable just gliding around on his new bike. One thing I read suggested detaching the pedals until he's ready. I tried to detach the pedals myself but didn't have the right tools. So I brought it back to Bicycle Habitat to have them just unscrew the pedals. And guess what? They charged me $9!
