Excellent knowledge, friendly staff, and great experience getting two new bikes for our kids.
Folks were very patient, kind, and helpful in letting me take my time to make up my mind regarding the stock saddle that came with the bike. At no time did I feel any pressure to hurry up even though I could tell my specific anatomical needs were probably rather puzzling! I am very concerned about the service and approach to safety I experienced at this shop. I purchased an expensive Trek bike from them, and within a year the brakes developed serious problems with the brake (brake liquid leaking, brakes not working well). When I brought the bike in, I was initially told that the repair would cost several hundred dollars—or that I could simply continue riding the bike as it was.
