The mechanics are absolutely wonderful. Super thoughtful, helpful, and always manage to get my bike back to my way faster than I expected. I also have an older race bike with hard to find parts and they were amazing helping me track them down.
Brought my bike in for new brake pads and an annual tune. Thought “nooooo way” when they notified me less than 24 hours later that it was ready! They wheeled her out looking so cute and brand new. The techs communicated updates and price quotes via email (super easy to change and confirm) and did a great job. Feels like I’m riding a brand new bike! Super kind staff, too. Can’t beat this place.
