The team was incredibly patient and helpful. They built a Liv bike for me and let me take two proper test rides with different seat heights to make sure it's the right fit. It ultimately wasn’t the right bike for my proportions, but they were cool about it. Really recommend this place if you're buying your first bike - so many options - they even suggested doing a lap at prospect park, which is super helpful to test the fit!
