Basically, I was OVERCHARGED for the service while also being UNDER-DELIVERED in terms of quality. I brought my disassembled bike in for a re-assembly. I had previously called the day before to get a quote given I'm only getting it assembled and already had all the parts and was quoted at $150. I confirmed this at the desk when I got there, but once I handed it off to the mechanics, I was toldI would be charged for a full annual tune ($199). Friendly, knowledgeable and quick
Took in my 9 year old Trek for some repair work and a tune-up. The work was done within two days and was exemplary! The communication throughout was excellent. I rode out of there with what felt like a brand new bike! Well done and highly recommended!
