my 3 year old needed a larger size bike helmet. chad was super helpful and was great with her as she was nervous. he helped present her with the options available in her size, and adjusted the helmet we took home so we wouldnt have to adjust the straps! thanks so much, chad! (here's a picture of her helmet on our walk home... once she took it off it doubled as a carrier for her stuffs!)
First off, the staff were friendly and upfront. Given the location, I expected the service to be on the pricier side, which I totally understand. However, my experience left me a bit disappointed. It started one evening when my eBike’s rear tire (20x3) popped, probably due to construction on the street at the time. I went into the shop asking for a flat tire repair, and they told me it needed to be replaced, quoting me $185.
