Great shop. The guys know their stuff and will take care of you! I bought my shoes, helmet and had my tubes and tires replaced on a different trip. They are very knowledgeable and a great group. Stop in and say hi or pick their brain and learn something. I’d recommend their tune-up as my bike feels brand new again! Thanks again guys!
The owner and staff at Bike Gen are awesome! I am a newbie so the staff took their time explaining options to me. I made an appointment with Chris who stayed passed operating hours to ensure I felt comfortable with the bike I purchased. We went outside to test possible options. He fitted me for a saddle. Answered dozen of questions. Never any pressure to buy a particular bike. I love my new bike! They will see me a lot in the near future. Great local bike store with caring staff!

Stopped in today for the first, and last, time. There was a loud, steady stream of obscenities coming from the mechanics that could be heard throughout the entire store. They were happy and joking but nothing I wanted to hear none the less. There were also women customers in the store at the time. This is definitely not a family friendly shop!
