They were helpful as I shopped and compared bicycles. They were knowledgeable and accommodating as I was deliberating over the various bikes I was considering.
This location was very clean and Joe was very helpful with letting me try to different sizes of the sl8. Will be back soon to buy the bike for sure.
When you buy a good bicycle, you don't go back to the bike shop for much. I had a flat tire on the back wheel with all the gears. It's so much easier to have BGI do it. 10 minutes and they were done. I have always been happy with their service. And I bet they are glad they moved the store from the Greenwood location to the Southport Road location. Parking at Greenwood was difficult to find sometimes.
Just got it back home and shined up! Thanks for being quick and getting my grandpas old bike back on some good tires!
My wife and I purchased some ebikes online and one of them came with a flat tire. After getting a replacement inner tube and installing the wheel again, the disc breaks were rubbing and I had trouble aligning the breaks. I brought the bike in without an appointment and within 5 minutes we had the bicycle tech Ben help us. Ben was definitely knowledgeable and had our bike fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone after my experience.
