I came in with limited knowledge of picking a good-quality entry-level mountain bike, Jeff helped me find the bike that best fit my needs while staying in my price range, sent me on a test-ride, and then made sure I had everything I needed to get on the trail and road safely. I love my new Specialized bicycle and look forward to many years of riding.
Took '13 Epic today out at Henderson pond. Awesome ride! Thanks to Jeff and Joe for setting me up. The guys there know what they are talking about and answered all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
