Two days before I was meant to set off bikepacking the Mawson Trail, I noticed during a final check that my crank bearings had seized. Since my Cervélo has a press-fit bottom bracket — and I had neither the tools nor the experience to deal with it — I honestly thought I might have to cancel the trip. Great range, excellent customer service
Had Louis (I think) complete major service and install a series of new components on my son’s Rocky Mountain. He took the time to thoroughly test set up to ensure cockpit comfort. He explained all work completed and spoke to my 13 year so he understood the process and efforts taken. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
