Great range, excellent customer service
Had Louis (I think) complete major service and install a series of new components on my son’s Rocky Mountain. He took the time to thoroughly test set up to ensure cockpit comfort. He explained all work completed and spoke to my 13 year so he understood the process and efforts taken. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Brilliant service with a smile always from the team at Norwood. Nothing is too much trouble and the turn around time on bike repairs is amazing. Fantastic selection of bikes and all the accessories required from the pleasure to the more serious riders, a one stop location. Service matters more than ever today and the team at Bicycle Express at Norwood certainly deliver.
