I cannot say enough good things about Noah and the team at Bicycle Express. We had an issue with our bikes come up on a Thursday night - not the shop's fault in any way - and we were supposed to leave on an important ride that Saturday. I brought both bikes in first thing Friday morning expecting to be told it'd be a week.
