I brought in a used bike for them to review/update. We needed a new seat and handlebar grips (were missing). Offered just what I needed, no pressure to buy a new bike. Then showed me a real cool "noise maker" for one handle - I bought it and he gave me a handle cover for the other side - for free - what service! He was a "team member" helping us with our bike, not a salesperson. Thank you - we will be back! Tyler has loved this bike for 3 years now...would certainly be worth the drive from Indy or Ft. Wayne.
