Great bike shop with amazing service. I recently moved to Huntsville and needed my bike tuned. They were fast, very professional, and reasonably priced. They even called me when my bike was ready to explain the service my bike had needed. I picked it up and immediately took it out for a ride.
Been using these guys for 5 years now. Customer service top notch, best maintenance service as well. I won’t take my bikes anywhere else. Can’t recommend them enough!
I was shopping for a bike on the Trek website for my son for Christmas. Found the perfect Marlin 7 in a color that my son loved and it was on clearance online. I opted to go into the store to get him properly sized and they offered to place the order for me. I paid a $160 down payment and they told me they ordered the bike. Several days later they called to tell they failed to actually place the order and by the time they realized their mistake the bike I wanted was sold out!
