Great local bike shop with awesome people. Communication was timely and Chris kept me informed of any issues. Definitely my go to shop for parts & repairs.
My ebike developed a clicking sound each time I hit a bump in the road. I took in when the shop opened Tuesday morning and waited my turn to tell Michelle and Chris about the problem. Chis examined the clicking sound immediately and took the bike back to check out his initial diagnosis of the sound location. In less than 15 minutes he had the bike back to me all ready to go. Impressive assistance today...stellar customer experience!
