Best ever
Very happy with the service provided, bought two bikes from the store and have not had any problems.
I had a warranty claim on a cracked carbon frame that took over 4 months to resolve. Throughout the process I did not get any updates, I was the one calling them and the distributor. Not a single apology given. The frame had been sitting with them for over 2 weeks when I called and straight away they wanted to charge me $200 to swap the parts over. No thanks l'll my business elsewhere.
Don't bring your bike here! I had my son's bike serviced and they replaced some parts. The bike continued to have problems. After a little investigation we discovered that they used a Sram part on a bike where all of the other components are Shimano. The manufactures and proper mechanics all recommend not to mix and match component parts. We asked the manager to correct this mistake and substitute the part with a proper part and they refused.
