Bicycle Alley is a nice bike shop with good employees. I wanted to grab a pair of cheap tires, which were out of stock the day I came in. They ended giving me a discount on a much better tire and installed the tube and tire for free. Great service!
Purchased a leftover 2013 Specialized Epic Comp today at a great price ($1200 off list price)! Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Answered all my questions and had the bike ready to go out the door quickly. Incudes a free 30-day tuneup. I had never heard of Bike Alley before and was pleasantly surprised by the size and selection of their inventory. Would definitely go back there again.
These people were amazing I walked in with a flat tire rusty chains after less than 15 minutes I walked out with a almost brand new bike
