I can't express enough the gratitude and appreciation I have for Jay. I contacted him after I took it upon myself to do an 'oil change' on my Ducati Monster 796 and completely butchered the wrong thread on the casing. I incorrectly described what the issue was over the phone (which he later explained to me once he had it in his shop) and he advised me this was a bigger project than he expected. Very knowledgeable with motorcycle wheels and tires! He did a great job on getting my rear Harley wide glide wheel re-spoked and put a new tire on and it came out great!!!
