Hands down some of the most kind, generous and thoughtful staff. I can’t really single anyone out. They all did a great job. I had the bad luck of my vehicle, breaking down and overheating on the highway moments before the exit to this Ford dealership. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced! Bring car in for wheel bearing replacement and I get my car back with many warning lights on(ABS etc) they told me they were booked up the rest of the day and I was left to figure things out on my own..NEVER AGAIN!!
This is by far the best dealership we have dealt with. We knew what, we wanted going in and we met with our salesman and there was no pressure at all. He listened to us and that's what we got. Amazing service. No wonder it has been here for so long.
