Bought my new truck at Bickley Ford in Huntsville! Can’t say enough about the team there, especially Shane and Graham for having the transaction go seemless. This my 3rd truck from them and I will definitely be back!
Brought my 2025 Aviator into Bickley for vibration. Only had 7000 km’s on it. They removed two tires from rims and removed foam rubber from inside of the tire. I picked up the Lincoln and when I got home I noticed one of the rims had gouges around the outer circumference of the rim which looked like they were from removing the tire. I called the dealer back and they told me the marks were there before they worked it. However they failed to note it on the repair order. I feel the dealer should replace the wheel.
We recently drove into Bickley Ford in an emergency; our truck was locked in Low 4-wheel drive. After calling several repair shops in the area, Bickley responded that they would do their best to help us. The personnel and service , including shuttle service while we waited, was excellent. Just picked up my new 2025 ford f250 from Bickley Ford. Probably the easiest and most stress free purchase of my life. I pulled in and was greeted by a sales woman named Barbara. She was super polite, very knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy (like most salespeople are). Barbara took care of everything and a couple days later I was picking up my new truck. If you’re thinking of buying a vehicle don’t hesitate to call Barbara she’s by far the best.
