Just bought a 2025 Ford F350 lariat from the guys here and they were nothing short of amazing! The minimum (1) star option is being extremely generous. The worst dealership I've ever been at. Management is an absolute joke to deal with and the overall Bickley experience is bush league compared to other dealerships in this area. *In response to the Owner's comment. We did talk and you did nothing. Same goes for your associates. I will be going to Cavalcade instead for future service.

I have had disagreements with Bickley Ford in the past and they always come up with solution. They are courteous and efficient, and take time to explain what was done or needs to be done. I go into Bickley service department . I get greeted by name (not that I am in for repair a lot) and I hand them the keys and tell them to do whatever is needed, no need to check with me, but be thorough and that is the trust I have in them!
