Bickford was our hero in our hour of need. We had to find a place for a loved one, and they were nothing less than wonderful in helping us with all that needed to be done to get them there. Throughout the couple of years that she was there, the staff an administration treated her with such respect and dignity, and made sure that our loved one was well cared for. They treat you like family and were always responsive to our needs. Beautiful facility, lots of activities for the residents and top notch care.

My mother could no longer live at home on her own due to dementia starting and my brother and I looked around Quincy at assisted living facilities and decided on Bickford. As soon as you walked into their facility, it just felt like home. My sister and I toured a few others and knew the minute we walked into the warm and welcoming Bickford Assisted Center and met the staff it would be a place she would feel safe and comfortable.
