The maintenance man is an awesome guy!
working here is a 10/10 do not recommend. Other staff will down talk you, disrespect you, and call you every name in the book. Not to mention the smoking vapes all throughout the hallways, and the overworking. When certain workers don’t want to do their job they will make you and if you don’t they will slander your name to the directors. Do not work here
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The residents are fun to interact with, they do such cool things , like their trunk or treating they do every year for the community kids. Bickford Fort Dodge is Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
