Bickford of Spotsylvania is a very warm and inviting, quaint community. The staff are very warm , caring, and always greet you with a smile. The staff are passionate and attentive to the needs of the residents. The community has a southern homelike feel that I don't see at other communities. They are person-centered focused. Meals are good, nutritious, and cooked daily from scratch. I have recommended several friends to Bickford.

We were planning on moving my dad into this facility, before we decided to go another direction. We had paid a $500 deposit that I was told was refundable, but have yet to receive a phone call back regardless of how many messages I have left.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Sherreek Malone, the Executive Director during my tenure as the HWC, and I am truly amazed by their exceptional leadership and vision. I went on a job interview last Friday and got the job and I was supposed to go back today and go do my paperwork and the lady name kia playing games she going to call me and say oh I have a meeting at 3 but we hired somebody else like what type of games yall play I had the position 1st but it’s ok cuz it going to come back and bite you in the butt don’t apply here they are so fake
