Don’t waste your time with this place. They won’t tell you how much you are getting paid until you finish the interview which is low baller pay. The receptionists are rude and whoever else answers the phone. Executive Director Bridget was very poor at helping me with this rude employee and became rude as well yelling at me over the phone. If they are rude like this over a phone I could just imagine what happens in the actual work place. Goodluck to any future employees .
I worked at Bickford for about 6 months. Do not bring your loved ones here. I have never worked at such an unprofessional and filthy place. They are short staffed EVERY DAY, due to call offs and no shows. Leaving your family members suffering. Soiled laundry is never taken care of and piles up. Was wrongly suspended due to managements poor communication and scheduling errors. Bring your family members anywhere but here.
The moment we walked and met Katie we knew this was the right place for my dad. She never tried to sway us one way or another on any decision just to make a “sale” but instead wanted what was best for my dad. 5 months in, this is still the case. We text or talk multiple times a week with the staff. They care not only how to make things the best experience possible, but also how we can make it the most affordable possible. Could not recommend Bickford of Aurora enough!
I searched high and low for the best place to care for my mom. Bickford of Aurora if beautiful and feels like home from the moment you pull up. The staff if amazing, gracious and I feel at peace that my mom is getting wonderful care!
In time of need Bickford has been there for me and my Husband Ray. They have shown the utmost compassion in this difficult time. My husband has flourished under there care and gained much needed weight back because he loves the food. Keep up the good work. Thanks again! Linda Ruhl
