Very beautiful clean facility great staff lots of things for residents to do food was great the director was great very much enjoyed the residents overall great place
This facility is a very warm loving and nurturing place to be. Everyone in this facility treats one another just like there own family. Proud to say id bring my loved ones here.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The management is absolutely terrible besides the Kitchen Manager and Director of Nursing they were the only managers that cared to listen to any concerns that was in the building. The Director does not even barely engage with the residents or staff unless there is a problem which she never tries to solve she pushes them on other people. I have to say a word about the food at Bickford UA -- it's delicious! You can tell that it's good home-cooked food with just a few bites. No pre-packaged stuff. My spouse is a resident of Bickford and I frequently taste his meals and occasionally have lunch or dinner with him. We enjoy the food very much. Bickford is lucky to the kitchen staff that they do.
From the moment I walked in the front doors, I knew this would be the right place for my loved one. There's such a home like feel throughout the building and constant activities being offered. The food taste like it is made from scratch. I do highly recommend placing your family here if needed.
