Samantha and Haley were very personable and extremely helpful. The location is so entising I want to move in! The clients were having a grand time with the activities while I was there. My mother deserves a place this attentive.

I recently toured Bickford of Upper Arlington with a friend who is beginning to look at assisted living options, and we had such a positive experience. From the moment we walked in, the community felt warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It didn’t have that cold or institutional feeling that you sometimes worry about when looking at assisted living. The executive director is phenomenal. She is young and energetic. Has personal engagement with all the residents. Open to ideas and suggestions. Also, she has an open door policy so I can reach out with any questions. Their activities director is amazing. She is full of energy and great ideas. They have fun activities, themed events and fun guests including puppies. 😊 A church came by one day to hand each resident a carnation. So sweet.
