Gave a refundable deposit to reserve a room for my sister. We chose another facility who I gave a 5 star review. I've waited more than 60 days for a $500 refund. Jennifer Hodge has given one excuse after the other. TERRIBLE. Forced to file in small claims court for the refund.

This company took really great care of my grandmother. The nurses were caring and the new director, I believe her name is Jen Hodge, has been fantastic. She has been helpful in answering all of our questions and went out of her way to show my grandmother great care. Good job team.

The Bickford of Carmel has been such a blessing for our family. It truly feels like home, and the staff go above and beyond to care for my mother-in-law with kindness and compassion. They treat her like family, and that gives us so much comfort and peace of mind knowing she’s surrounded by people who genuinely care.

Makes my dad wait 40 plus minutes to toilet. Told my dad to pee and poop himself. Puts him in bed whenever they can to avoid having to take care of him. Won't get him in the shower and only provides bed baths. Does not help him brush his teeth...which all of this was signed off on when we moved him in. Avoid this place for anyone you love. Just to reiterate, do not ever take a loved one here ever. This place is an absolute joke.
