Went there today to check it out. How it is rated 4.9 stars is beyond me. It was so dirty! Papers,kleenex, and food scraps on the floor. Carpets look like they havnt been cleaned in years. Even the office area wasn't vacuumed. The people were friendly but not a chance. If they don't care about the environment in which they work or people live in what would make me think my loved one would be well taken care of. Big pass.
I've worked here for 4 days already and everyone is sweet. Residents staff and all. Thank you very much.
When you enter Bickford, you immediately feel like you are home. It truly is one big family. The amazing staff is so caring and supportive. Our community is very fortunate to have a place like the Bickford to care for our seniors.
