Trustwell is a great company but this location… 0/10! The facility is often dirty, under staffed, smells of urine/poop sometimes and things are often always broken here too. Management is a joke here they act like teenagers in high school I’d look somewhere else for care or a job.
I do a couple private cases, help out the parents.the people overall are so nice and kind, to the patients. Very helpful, and make them feel at home.
People are more likely to post a bad review, than a good review. I had to give this some serious thought, before I posted. There are so many things that are good, but the less than satisfactory ones outweigh those, when you are advocating for a friend or family member's care. First off, there were many things discussed with their "sales/marketing" person before move in.
