My 85 year old Mom has gained 17 pounds since her arrival now she is a whopping 95 pounds. Everyone is so nice and helpful!
Trustwell is a nice facility . The new staff are very hard working , takes great care of our residents.
Our 91 year old Aunt is very happy living at Trustwell Assistant Living. If she is happy our family members are happy.
This place is HORRIBLE! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE STAY AWAY! Roaches in the kitchen and restroom. Food is awful. They served my mom a BLT on molded bread. They served the residents a meal that included 1/2 a hotdog! They actually cut it in 1/2! There is only one housekeeper and she spends more time talking than cleaning. The Exec. dir. is SORRY and cannot keep or control her staff. They cuss and fight in front of residents. I called the state and nothing happened. Wish I could give them NO stars!
Trustwell Living Raytown is a wonderful place to call home. Everyone who works there gives their all every day to deliver the best living experience anyone would want for their loved one. Their Executive Director has worked in this community 10+ years and gives her heart and soul into everything she does to help our residents thrive.
