We were able to visit my mother-in-law for the first time since she moved into Memory Care a couple of months ago & I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders! Your staff is AMAZING!! They are so caring, loving & attentive to all of the residents. We now know for certain that she is safe, loved & well cared for. We can't begin to tell you how much that means to us. Thank you all so much ❤️

My grandfather was at Bickford of sioux city and it was an amazing place I wouldn't put a family member anywhere else. The staff is awesome and kind and caring they were amazing with my grandpa and my kids as i was there almost every day. I got sick and couldn't visit for like a week or 2 and the staff filled in for me and talked to him and kept him busy until I was well and able to visit again. I have worked there, and there is no other place I would take my loved ones. The care is second to none, staff is absolutely fantastic and make sure the residents get everything they need!!! The staff treats residents like their own family, I did not believe a place like this existed anymore until I worked there and got to see it first-hand.
