Not where you want to work or have a loved one live. I would never place either of my folks here. Very young staff seem to run the show. Lots of entitlement from these staff members. No actual on sight director available. Kitchen is all kinds of health code violations. Staff will only use disposables to eat from/with. Two very hard working cooks and an awful kitchen manager run the meals. It’s kind of the wild Wild West at Bickford House in Bloomington Il.
Beautiful and homey community! The staff are always so welcoming and positive. You can tell the staff love what they do and love working with Seniors!
I recently visited Bickford of Bloomington. It is a beautiful community with warm and caring employees. Residents seemed very engaged and at home.
