Two ladies simply needed frames adjusted and the gentleman who fixed their frames was very kind and courteous!! And on limited income so the no charge fee made their day. Thank you!!
Food not very good. Sometimes not cooked properly. High turn over so many weeks no housekeeping
Refused to address HVAC problem forcing my mother to vacate the property then charged us for a month after we moved out. Consulting with an attorney about constructive eviction. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Not where you want to work or have a loved one live. I would never place either of my folks here. Very young staff seem to run the show. Lots of entitlement from these staff members. No actual on sight director available. Kitchen is all kinds of health code violations. Staff will only use disposables to eat from/with. Two very hard working cooks and an awful kitchen manager run the meals. It’s kind of the wild Wild West at Bickford House in Bloomington Il.
