The staff have shown such dedication to all of the residents. Everyone is pleasant and great to work with. I always see smiles on the faces of the staff and residents. The building is well kept and looks loved.

Bickford of Urbandale has been a huge blessing to our family! It's very reassuring to know that my mom is in good hands, has 3 good meals a day provided as well as laundry and housekeeping. The directors and the staff have been very loving toward her and ready to help with any of my questions.
We have been very pleased with the care and concern that the staff shows to our family member. They have worked hard to know him as a person and meet his unique individual needs.
I don’t know much about Bickford of Urbandale but I do know the Happiness Coordinator very well and she is a very special and caring person who loves people. She will take great care of all who come there😘
