Bickford of champaign has the most caring staff. I want to say the food is fantastic I did an exercise in the afternoon the Activities Director was awesome with how she plans her activities
I work at the best assisted living an I have the best boss ever she is a hard worker an she is Roxanne she is very dependable I love her to the moon and back
We have been very dissatisfied with Bickford of Champaign. We placed a $5000 deposit to hold a room for my mother in law, with repeated (4x) reassurances from Roxanne Kelley that the sum would be fully refundable should my mother in law not go to live there for any reason. When we chose another memory care facility, Roxanne Kelley told us the check would be issued by the financial department.
