Absolutely loved working for the residents but the work culture is very toxic makes it harder to do you job with little to no support from the superiors. I contacted the director, and corporate with no response and nothing was EVER done. I felt unwanted and uncomfortable and let the director, corporate HR and the D.O.N. know this just to be retaliated against. I don't believe anyone is going to do anything.

Wonderful place to work , positive environment , not to mention one of the most beautiful facilities I've ever had the pleasure of working in!
Bickford is an outstanding facility, and my family and I are very pleased with the care my mother receives there. It is a tough decision to move someone you care about, and the staff at Bickford makes it easier. Lori and Mashell do an excellent job of forming a family relationship amongst the residents. Another key factor in making your family member feel at home is Bickford's willingness to accept pets. I highly recommend Bickford Memory Care of Lafayette, Indiana.
