Seems like a nice place, but the management team is terrible from the director down to kitchen management, the LPN (RNC) dresses in crop tops very unprofessional and the profanity they use around residents is terrible. The Cottage is not some place I would recommend unless new management cleaned it up. Also I have seen kids in the kitchen that belongs to staff while food is being prepared seems to be very unsanitary. Carpet is nasty because staff is letting residents use the bathroom on the floor. Decided to move mom in there and had them hold the bed for 1 day then changed our minds. Took 3 months to get a refund and they kept $440 of it. Bad communication with Jori, who actually hang up on me when I tried to get refund. Bad management.
