This facility refuses to refund my mother. It's been well over 60 days.
This facility has amazing potential. The staff are very courteous. It should be known that there is no working nurse present throughout the night. The caretaker staffing through the day is low.
What an AMAZING place!! Elena, the activities director is phenomenal and the atmosphere of the facility is inviting and welcoming.

As a local church pastor, I regularly meet with parishioners at Bickford. I have experienced a warm and welcoming staff that really care about residents. From hallway bowling to crafts, there are many ways residents are engaged and form community.
